Virginia Cook, Chief Executive Officer
Virginia Cook was the first woman president of the MetroTex Association of Realtors and of the Texas Association of realtors, both of which named her Realtor of the Year. She has served on the Board of the National Association of Realtors for more than 15 years and as Chair of many of its important committees including Strategic Planning. Currently she is Liaison to the million-plus-member Association’s largest member firms in the United States. In 2003, she became the 63rd
Realtor in the 98-year history of the National Association of Realtors to receive the Distinguished Service Award. She is a featured speaker on the local, national and international real estate scene and has mentored the nation’s most successful real estate leaders.
Sheila Rice, Executive Vice President
Sheila Rice is currently Vice President of the North Texas Real Estate Information Systems, Inc., now serving 22,300 subscribers in the real estate community. She is a past President of the MetroTex Association of Realtors and a recipient of the Easterwood Cup as Realtor of the Year. She continues to hold leadership positions including participation in the Breakfast Caucus, which provides a forum for local, state and national candidates for political office as well as a platform for debate on issues that affect the community and the real estate industry.
