Virginia Cook, Realtors Sales Associates Participate in Company’s Professional Development Program

Sales associates who recently joined Virginia Cook, Realtors are taking their real estate skills to the next level as they participate in the company’s unique Professional Development program.


Taught by CEO Virginia Cook and other company and industry leaders, the course is scheduled over a five-week period so that sales associates can integrate classroom learning with real-life application in their daily business activities.


“Every module of the program is completely focused on ensuring the ultimate resources for buyers and sellers,” says Executive Vice President Sheila Rice.


Topics covered include: creating a professional image; securing and servicing listings; establishing an online presence and tapping technology to market and sell properties. The latest in-depth information on mortgage financing, contract writing and negotiations are addressed along with how to maximize the company’s support systems that include a Global Relocation Division. The program concludes with the Top Producers of Virginia Cook, Realtors sharing their tips and secrets for creating customers for life.
