Drawing upon a lengthy background in retail sales and management, Debbie achieved the rank of Top Producer within her first year in real estate. In 2002, she was named Top Producer in Grayson County by the Greater Texoma Association of Realtors as well as maintained Top Producer of the Grayson County Division of Virginia Cook, Realtors for 10 years. Debbie was voted Best Realtor in Texoma for 2007 and 2008.

Offering extensive knowledge of the new home and existing home markets and expertise in landscaping and interior design, Debbie maintains her multi-million-dollar track record by providing North Texas home buyers and sellers a full scope of real estate services. She also holds the Certified Financial Specialist designation and Accredited Buyer's Representative designation.

While keeping pace with the strong real estate market in Grayson County. Debbie makes time to continue to give back to the Sherman community where she has lived for all her life. She is actively involved in the Sherman, Denison, and Pottsboro Chambers of Commerce, Greater Texoma Association of Realtors, and the American Red Cross and other organizations when needed. She also gives each year to the March of Dimes gift basket program and hosts a Christmas party at a local nursing home.

When not working, Debbie enjoys golfing, landscaping, decorating and spending time with her children. The mother of two has coached girls’ fast pitch softball.
