· Director of a large legal services company for more than 10 years where she honed her customer service skills and made sure the 75 people under her supervision never forgot that customer satisfaction is the only road to success.

· Exceptional problem-solving skills and the empathy to understand what clients want and need.

· In-depth knowledge of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and its many community and housing choices.

· Personal insight as a Fort Worth native on amenities including schools, parks and recreation, medical and childcare facilities, and employment opportunities.
o Debra’s ties to the community go deep and include service as a Trustee of the Recovery Resource Council of Tarrant County as well as other volunteer activities.
o She and her husband, a local attorney and former state representative, have raised two sons in Fort Worth.
