“We are in the service business. People seek our service because of our knowledge, our integrity, our passion, and our ability to perform. It’s that simple. We work diligently to have people’s dreams become realities.”
Frank Geis was given a hammer at the age of 13, and the rest is history.
From building homes with his father’s company as a teenager, Frank continued on to earn his real estate broker’s license by the age of 19 and has had a constant presence in the Texas real estate industry ever since.
“Helping people obtain the American Dream of owning a home has been the fabric of Frank’s life," says Virginia Cook, Chief Executive Officer of Virginia Cook, Realtors. “The service Frank ensures to each and every client is grounded in the strong family values of integrity, care, respect and concern for others.”
Clients can also expect rock-solid expertise as The Geis Group works with unparalleled knowledge in every realm of real estate.
A proven self starter and excellent communicator, Frank offers clients nearly 40 years of experience not only in home building and sales, but as a developer of commercial and residential property who has a superior record of obtaining financing, raising equity and putting together investment partnerships.
If that’s not enough, he’s even an award-winning artist whose critical eye has been called upon to help decorate clients’ homes and judge the stain glass competition at the State Fair of Texas for the past 10 years!
“We are in the business to provide exceptional service to our clients. The proof of our unique experience is in the outstanding results we deliver,” Frank explains. “People seek our services because of our knowledge, our integrity, our passion, and our ability to perform. It’s that simple. We work diligently to have people’s dreams become realities.”
Frank is a graduate of the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University, where he majored in real estate. Local community contributions include his work for Rainbow Days, an organization serving at risk children from broken homes and coaching youth basketball for the Y.M.C.A.
