Johanna Davis

Johanna Davis bought her first condominium when she was 23, and she’s been immersed in the housing market ever since.

Blending her passion for homes, eye for interior design and talent for sales and marketing, this vivacious native of Sweden is dedicated to creating raving fans and loyal clients by achieving their real estate goals.

Johanna also holds the distinction of being one of the first Realtors in the United States to earn the new Green designation through the National Association of Realtors.
“Not so long ago, helping the environment meant recycling newspapers and plastics,” says Johanna. “Today, being environmentally-friendly has evolved into ‘green’ thinking and extends to every home.”
“More and more of my clients are interested in energy efficient features of green homes and the potential cost savings, and I am very happy to be able to provide this guidance.”
Additionally, Johanna has earned the Accredited Buyers Representative designation and has a master’s degree in mechanical engineering.

Her professional expertise and training are complemented by a strong presence in the community she serves. Johanna is president of the Swedish Women’s Educational Association of Dallas and is an active volunteer at Stonewall Jackson Elementary School and the American Red Cross.

When not working, Johanna cherishes spending time with her elementary-school aged son and their two dogs and two cats. She is a member of a women’s soccer team and book club, and sings in a choir.
