Bound by a family legacy for service and a passion for real estate, Sharon and Kelly Hansen continue a tradition of bringing the right people and homes together.

Sharon was born and raised in Houston, where her mother owned and operated a successful real estate company. Sharon followed in her footsteps and has distinguished herself during a 30-year career in the Dallas area as both a salesperson and a manager with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for critical details. Her experience is complimented by the intensive training required to earn the Graduate Realtors Institute designation.

Once Kelly graduated from the University of Texas at Austin, there was never a doubt what her own career path would be. Not only did she have a mother and grandmother who were top performing Realtors, but her father is equally respected in the commercial industry. After exemplifying her natural abilities and exceptional marketing strategies in the Dallas market for over seven years, Kelly teamed up with her mother and Virginia Cook, Realtors.

“Together we are able to take the level of service and attention we can provide to our clients to another level,” says Sharon. “Our uncommon bond means they can expect an uncommon focus on their needs and goals by two professionals who love what they do.”

Adds Kelly, who is earning the Certified Residential Specialist designation, “Our family lives and breathes real estate and everything that touches it from design and construction to decorating and landscaping. We strive to bring added value at every step of the home buying or selling process.”

The mother and daughter team’s focus is strengthened by deep roots in the Dallas community. Sharon resides in west Highland Park. Always involved in her children’s school, Sharon has also been a member of the Junior League.

A graduate of J.J. Pearce High School and an Uptown/Turtle Creek area resident, Kelly is a member of the Elan Circle of the Dallas Symphony Orchestra League, the Cotillion Club of Dallas and is an Alpha Delta Pi Dallas Alumnae. Fluent in French, she enjoys traveling, cooking and entertaining her friends and clients.

Sharon and Kelly also share a bond when it comes to their beloved pets. Members of the Poodle Club of Dallas, Kelly’s black poodle, Bella, is aunt to Sharon’s brown poodle, Coco.
