Marty Marks

Marty Marks is the quintessential Realtor. A top producer of the first order, she is a highly respected leader in her industry and her community. While maintaining an outstanding career by offering unwavering dedication and unsurpassed expertise to her clients, she served the Greater Dallas Association of Realtors as the 2002 President of the organization. She has also received the GDAR's Lois Hair Bernays Salesperson of the Year Award, one of the organization's highest honors. Additionally, Marty ranks among the top 5 percent of all Realtors in the nation.

A unique background has enabled Marty to build a special niche in the relocation industry. Growing up the oldest of seven children in an Anglo- and Hispanic-based household, she speaks fluent Spanish. As an adult, she also lived and worked in Germany for three years. "All of this helps me communicate successfully and empathetically with clients moving from other parts of the world," she says. While living in Germany, Marty participated in the MBA program at the Munich campus of Boston University. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Spanish and English from the University of Texas at Austin and taught Spanish at Highland Park High School before entering real estate.

"I was intrigued by real estate as a career because I have always had an entrepreneurial spirit," says Marty. "But I most enjoy the one-on-one relationships I share with my clients. So many have become close friends and continue to recommend me to several generations of their families. I guess I truly am The Family Realtor! What an honor and a joy!"
