She is listed among the 5% of all Realtors nationwide who have earned the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation.  This distinction led to an appointment as president of the Fort Worth CRS subchapter, where she was honored as CRS Member of the Year.

Mary Lou has also earned the Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI), the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), and the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designations.

An equally important component is the market insight gained through her many years of involvement in the community, where she has cultivated a vast network that benefits her clients.

Mary Lou has been involved with the TCU Fine Arts and Communications Guild; the Symphony League of Fort Worth; the 1st Grandmothers’ Club; Trinity Episcopal Church Vestry, Altar Guild; and Flower Guild. She also served as a board member of the Tarrant County Child Protective Services for 19 years.
