Phyllis Brown

Phyllis Brown has been at the pulse point of Fort Worth real estate for almost three decades. As a Fort Worth native and top performing Realtor, her career has flourished along with the many wonderful neighborhoods and communities where she has helped individuals and families put down their own roots.

Named Who's Who in Real Estate, Phyllis holds the Acreditated Buyers Representative and Certified Real Estate Specialist designations. She has served as President of the Tarrant County Chapter of Certified Real Estate Specialists and as a state officer for the organization.

Phyllis has developed an extensive network of friends and colleagues within the Fort Worth community through her membership in many organizations including the Fort Worth Garden Club, the Woman's Club of fort Worth, the Fort Worth Lecture Foundation, Friends of the Library, the Fort Worth Historic Society and the Morning Ridglea Rejebian Club.

Working with a full-time concentration on her real estate business, Phyllis ensures that her clients can always expect a timely response to their needs. Even many years after their last transaction! "I have always kept detailed records for each sale," says Phyllis, who attended The University of Texas in Austin. "I recently had a customer call who I helped buy a house in 1981. I still had all of the paperwork right at my fingertips and was able to quickly do the work necessary to help him sell that house 25 years later."

In addition to being a leader in Texas real estate, Phyllis is the proud mother of three grown daughters and seven grandchildren. She enjoys vacations and school activites with her family.
