Riggs' diverse background in the real estate ensures a spherical understanding of the industry. His proven record encompasses the residential and commercial markets as he assists individuals, families and investors in leasing, managing, buying and selling properties.

Over the past decade, Riggs has worked with some of the industry's top professionals and now brings their knowledge and expertise to his clients as he manages properties throughout the Metroplex. Areas of expertise include contract negotiations with tenants; tenant conflict resolution; emergency and crisis management; selecting and building productive relationships with vendors; and maximizing volume pricing to pass savings on to clients.

Riggs success stats include:
• Managing over 2 million square feet of office, industrial and retail space; up to 290 tenants at one time; and all related vendor contracts for Stream Realty Partners, Dallas.

• Overseeing capital improvement and $ 100 million redevelopment projects at Exchange Park.

While Riggs has acquired his knowledge through experience and education, his passion for real estate comes naturally. This Dallas native is from a long-line of real estate achievers who include his grandfather, a prominent builder and developer, and his mother, a top producing Mortgage Broker with Virginia Cook, Realtors. Riggs holds a degree in Political Science from Texas Christian University.
