Sharon Nordman is a leader in Texas real estate who has been honored locally and nationally for her service and production achievements.

“Ranked among the top 5 percent of all Realtors in the nation, Sharon is a top producer of the highest order,” says Virginia Cook, chief executive officer and founding partner. “She has achieved this distinguished status by maintaining an impeccable record of delivering quality service with integrity and honor.”

Voted “Top Real Estate Agent” by the public during a Collin County newspaper survey, Sharon has been a multi-million-dollar producer and office leader every year since earning her real estate license in 1994. Named to the President’s Elite and President’s Circle at her former company, she has also earned many prestigious industry designations including the Certified Residential Specialist, Accredited Buyers Representative and Graduate, Realtor Institute.

A corporate wife and Fortune 500 sales management executive who moved 10 times throughout six states, Sharon chose real estate as a career because she wanted to provide better service than she and her family often received.

“The ability to understand other people’s feelings and concerns during a big move has helped me provide the kind of personal and caring attention I always wanted,” says Sharon. “Whether moving across town or to another state, this can be a very emotional and trying time for a family or individual, and our team is dedicated to making the process as enjoyable and stress-free as possible.”

Sharing Sharon’s desire to offer exceptional service to every customer is her husband and team member, Dick Nordman. A CPA with more than three decades in general management, finance and accounting, Dick provides tremendous support to the team’s clients and customers as they go through the biggest financial transaction they may ever make.

Adding a cutting edge to the team is Nick, the couple’s son. A marketing and entrepreneur graduate of Baylor University, Nick ensures that the team remains at the forefront of 21st century solutions and services for home buyers and sellers.

“We are a family team that treats every customer like family,” says Sharon. “The neat thing is that most of our clients end up becoming lifelong friends.”

Past clients have also become the foundation of the Nordman’s success. “Nothing is more valuable than an existing client,” says Sharon. “By taking care of each customer and achieving their real estate goals, success has followed through referrals and repeat business.”

Specializing in the Plano, Frisco, Allen and McKinney areas, corporate relocation activity also keeps the Nordman team busy in Southlake, Grapevine, Colleyville and many other popular areas of the Metroplex. The Nordmans are supporters of the American Cancer Society and members of the Stonebriar Country Club. Dick also serves on the board of Frisco Future and the Kingston Plantation Homeowners’ Association.
