The Redpath Team of Virginia Cook, Realtors® was named the 2017 Company Top Team for the fourth consecutive year at the Annual Business Meeting held in January at the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden.
The honor continues Mayo Redpath's legacy of success, who was Companywide Top Producer 10 times before launching The Redpath Team at the locally owned, independent real estate firm of which she is a founding associate.
The award-winning team includes Mayo's daughters, Jill Noland and Pam Metzger, who were inspired by their mother's success to launch their own real estate careers. And in 2018, the team welcomed Tric Sohosky, whose commitment to exceptional service and strong work ethic mirrors that of her colleagues.
Each team member plays a role in continuing an impeccable record of service. Their involvement in the local community enhances the distinguished reputation Mayo holds as a "Top Realtor® D Best" in D Magazine for the past 17 consecutive years and a Top Texas Realtor® in Texas Monthly Magazine.
"Experience and market knowledge aren't expensive; they're priceless," said Sheila Rice, president of Virginia Cook, Realtors®. "That's what the loyal customers and clients who have turned to The Redpath Team through the years have learned as they make one of the most important investments of their lives."
Recognized as the "Northwood Hills Specialist" where she has lived for 40 years – Mayo is excited about her team's ability to assist home buyers and sellers in virtually any North Texas community, including their own neighborhoods.
A Dallas native and Prestonwood resident since 1999, Jill has been a leader for many organizations, including the Richardson chapter of National Charity League where she just completed being President and also the Dal-Rich Chapter of the Young Men's Service league, for which she was a founding member and has also served as president. Jill has also been named a Top Realtor® in the DFW area by "D Magazine" the past three years.
Pam has equally deep roots in the Northwood Hills community, where she lives and is active with many organizations including Realtors® Supporting Richardson Schools, Dallas Symphony Orchestra, National Charity League and USTA Tennis & Tennis Competitors of Dallas. She is a member of the Northwood Hills Elementary, and Richardson High School PTA Boards.
Tric brings her own unique background in education as well as a good eye for staging and preparing homes for the market. She has received the Golden Apple Volunteer Award from the Richardson ISD for her work as a PTA Council Member and as a board member for Northwood Hills Elementary and Westwood Jr. High. She is a member of the National Charity League and Alpha Delta Pi Alumnae, Dallas.
"Being involved in our community helps us do a better job for our clients," Mayo said. "We share the same concerns when it comes to buying or selling a home."
